Precautions We Are Taking
  • During your hair appointment, both stylist and client will be wearing a mask.

  • Your stylist may ask you to adjust your mask in order to perform your service.

  • We are allotting extra time between appointments to perform proper sterilization practices recommended by the Durham Region Health Department.

  • Our stylist will be thoroughly disinfecting tools, brushes, chairs, sinks, washrooms and all high touch surfaces between clients.

  • We are booking by appointment ONLY at this time.

  • Clean or disposable capes will be provided to each client.

  • Hand sanitizer will be provided at the front desk and washroom.

  • Any staff who are unwell will not be coming into the salon.

  • We will be refusing service to any client who comes for their service showing any symptoms of COVID-19. We ask each client to complete the COVID 19 self assessment prior to appointments. If you exhibit any symptoms related to COVID-19 please reschedule your appointment a minimum of 14 days after exhibiting symptoms.

  • We will not charge a cancellation charge for any guests cancelling due to COVID-19 related symptoms.

What we are asking of you (our valued guests)
  • We ask that you remain in your vehicle until your appointment time.  We will text or call you when your stylist is ready.

  • Please come to your appointment alone with minimal personal belongings.

  • Please disinfect your hands upon arrival, using the restrooms and/or sanitation stations provided. It is advised to wash hands with clean water for a minimum of 20 seconds. 

  • It is mandatory that you wear a mask that covers your mouth, nose and chin during the entire duration of your appointment.

  • If you or anyone in your family is unwell or has been in contact with someone who has been tested or diagnosed with COVID 19, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.

  • Only guests who are receiving services can be in the salon. Friends, family members, and children will be asked to stay at home. 

  • Outside food and/or drinks will not be permitted in the salon.

  • Please keep in mind that these practices are to keep both our clients, our staff and our community safe.
