Service adjustments

If you are not satisfied with a service you have received, we encourage you to please contact us and let your stylist know. We are more than happy to arrange a one-time only adjustment within 10 days of the original appointment with your original stylist. All services are none refundable.

Cancelation Policy

We understand that things can come up. We value your time, and we hope you value ours, too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 24 hour before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us in time will result in a $50 non-refundable deposit towards your next visit.

Running Late

To ensure we give the best experience possible we kindly request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Please be courteous to your stylist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Price Quotes

All price quotes given prior to an in-person consultation are estimated base prices. Prices are subject to change at any time depending upon individual service needs. Complimentary consultations with our stylists are recommended prior to service to determine the accurate price.

Customer Privacy

Customer information is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. We do not, under any circumstances, share customer information with third-parties. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.
